Want to move quickly on acquisition of this property: don't have time to dally with "short sales, " foreclosure" or "bankruptcies."
Will consider "larger industrial property" with some existing tenants ( leased or TAW's) but building must have 8,000 to 12,000+ SF vacant space NOW.
