Memo to a Rookie Agent!

OK you have mastered the tricks of the trade, you comprehend the little nuances of the biz, you know all the right buzz words, technology and the Internet are your middle name, you are mega-active in many organizations, you prospect and market worldly wise and well and you have even made some commission dollars!

Your a natural best producer. Now you are ready, willing and able to soar!

Real estate is fun, easy and profitable. If only those pesky discount brokers would go away.

Now you turn the usual high production key in the ignition and nothing!

Nothing seems to work anymore.

Your cell phone life-line doesn't ring, your e-mails have dwindled, your suspect buyers have suddenly vanished and the over priced inflated listings are disappearing on you one by one.

Even your every persistent and up beat calls go unreturned. Open houses have become empty houses. Print advs don't work. Signs don't work. Direct mail is flat.

In truth you have only experienced an up-ward real estate market. Home and property prices going up and up and well qualified motivated buyers flocking to the market.

You have been part of the biggest real estate boom ever! Financing was ever flowing and plentiful and without the lest benefit of any oversight.

Home buyers and those "flippers" were always ready to buy anything knowing that they had suddenly discovered their very own "Donald Trump" inner child.

Property ownership was the instant path to wealth and prosperity. And you happily played the guide.

However that something that happened was "Change"

Well welcome to the other side of the real estate brokerage world. It's time to now play REAL real estate.
